’ll try to record my progress after 60 days. Not gonna lie, there is some discomfort, but it is transitory and manageable.
I have no joint pain. I breathe easier (I thought I was breathing fine before.) I sleep soundly. The 12yrs of GI hell from chemo/rad is 85% better (my reason for starting). My appetite has diminished. I have lost 12 pounds. I have lost any desire for alcohol (see my username). I have learned about supplements and I actually take them. I drink water. I am grateful.
