Currently day 5 of protocol A. I have interstitial cystitis (IC). It’s diet controlled with meds for flares. Ate a meal last night that would have usually caused a flare – vinegar and citrus. Had no symptoms! I know it’s early but pretty excited.

I have just started the 3rd month of the protocol, currently on protocol B. I just received my blood tests back and I have a significant elevation of AST and ALT liver enzymes levels. Could the Protocol be causing these high liver enzyme levels?
