Developed some really nasty sores on my head over the past couple years. No idea what it was. Tried the coconut oil and “horse paste” and it’s clearing up. It’s the darndest thing.

half way thru my 2nd protocol B-feeling groovy! Seriously, no uncomfortable effects- still no joint pain, my sciatica and herniated disc issues are GONE… just did 3 days of 6-8 hour car trips to visit grandkids and friends… which would have laid me out for a week on the heating pad and had me eating aleve like chicklets… NOT ONE TWINGE. Second month, protocol b, first time taking doxy. In 5 days of taking it I had gained 6lbs of fluid, wasn’t sleeping well & had a lot of joint/arthritis pain. Now that I’ve added Iver in, the fluid has been released, less joint pain/arthritis stiffness and I’m 4lbs less than what I was when I started this 2nd month of the protocol. Didn’t anticipate that. This morning I lost a lot of mucus in the bathroom. Recent pneumonia/sinus/upper resp infection. Simply stunned & in love with this protocol.
